Trauma-Informed Support Assistant (Homelessness Care)

Taff Housing Association is seeking a caring Support Assistant for Ty Catwg, helping individuals aged 16+ who are homeless or at risk. Ideal candidates will have experience in care or support roles and a good understanding of trauma and psychological practices.

The role involves building positive relationships, assisting residents, and following safety plans. Regular training and support for career advancement are also provided.
