We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Redditch.

This is a hands‑on role working with metal products in a production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, using power tools, and assisting with the manufacture and finishing of high-quality metal components.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of manufacturing machinery
• Cutting and processing metal products using saws and angle grinders
• Measuring, marking, and preparing materials for production
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Assisting with general production duties as required

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience using power tools such as angle grinders, saws, drills, and other workshop equipment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
