Customer Order Administrator

We’re looking for a Customer Order Administrator to manage customer orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service across the business. This is a fast‑paced role, acting as a key point of contact between customers, sites, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage order processing (EDI and manual) accurately and on time
- Act as the main contact for customer, site and 3PL queries
- Monitor and resolve order issues, delays and discrepancies
- Maintain systems and ensure orders are processed right first time
- Support cross‑team order management and provide reporting when required
- Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
What You’ll Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel and IT skills (SAP/ERP desirable)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Organised, proactive and team‑focused mindset
