Customer Care Specialist — Local Council Services

Kirklees Metropolitan Council is looking for Contact Centre Officers to join their Customer Contact team in Accrington. The role involves delivering information and guidance on Council services to over 150,000 customers each year.

Successful candidates will possess customer service skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. The hours are Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with potential for flexible working. A comprehensive training plan will be provided, making this a rewarding role.
