Assistant Manager: Customer Focus & Shop Operations (Bonus)

Island of Jersey is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join Joe Jennings Bookmakers, an independent family-run business. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the shop while delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist in day-to-day operations, provide exceptional service, manage cash handling, and support the Shop Manager. Experience in a betting shop is preferred but not essential. The position offers a competitive salary and bonus scheme.
