School Transport Assistant for Students with Special Needs

Dorset Council UK is seeking a Regular Passenger Assistant based in Poole to support children and young people with additional needs during their journeys to and from school. The position is contracted at approximately 21.25 hours per week, term-time only, with a pay rate starting at £2.05 per hour.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of learning needs, safeguarding, and customer care. Physical fitness for assisting passengers is essential. Morning and afternoon availability is required to coincide with school schedules.
