Job Description:

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics business for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy Colnbrook office.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll handle queries, bookings and delivery updates while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Coordinating bookings and tracking deliveries
  • Proactively resolving issues and keeping customers informed
  • Supporting admin, shipments and fulfilment projects
  • Working towards daily performance targets

About You

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident phone manner and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Previous logistics/customer service experience desirable

Hours
