We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a growing logistics business for a Customer Service Agent to join their busy Colnbrook office.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll handle queries, bookings and delivery updates while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Coordinating bookings and tracking deliveries
- Proactively resolving issues and keeping customers informed
- Supporting admin, shipments and fulfilment projects
- Working towards daily performance targets
About You
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident phone manner and attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Previous logistics/customer service experience desirable
