This role is for a Customer Service Advisor based in Wolverhampton, paying £13.28 per hour on a full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent contract.
Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, you will act as the primary contact for clients, managing enquiries and resolving issues professionally. The role supports a specialist manufacturer serving various UK industries.
Our client is a well‑established specialist manufacturer and supplier, providing bespoke solutions to customers across a range of industries throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements and order updates.
- Coordinating with transport providers to arrange deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating reports.
- Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage customer information.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
