Job Description:

This role is for a Customer Service Advisor based in Wolverhampton, paying £13.28 per hour on a full‑time, temporary‑to‑permanent contract.

Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, you will act as the primary contact for clients, managing enquiries and resolving issues professionally. The role supports a specialist manufacturer serving various UK industries.

Our client is a well‑established specialist manufacturer and supplier, providing bespoke solutions to customers across a range of industries throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements and order updates.
  • Coordinating with transport providers to arrange deliveries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating reports.
  • Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage customer information.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive and organised approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
