Role overview

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities may include swimming, walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will promote health and well‑being and support individuals in maintaining their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.

We are looking for people who share and demonstrate our values. You may have background or understanding of supporting autistic people, but if not we offer comprehensive training and a supportive team.
