Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well‑established and growing business.

The Role

• Working as part of a busy production team
• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Assembling, packing and quality checking products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• General production duties as required

The Candidate

• Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
