Assistant Manager – OTE c. £45k

Our Assistant Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. Working with us you’ll get a competitive salary plus tips, alongside:

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to £36,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k – £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £3k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required.
• Two days off a week and one weekend off every six weeks
• Optional 40 hours contract (pro rota salary)
