Multi-Site Warehouse Operations Lead

Nisbets Limited is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Logistics team in Bristol, overseeing operations across our distribution centres. In this leadership role, you will ensure performance targets in service, productivity, and quality are met while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have significant senior warehouse management experience and proven capability in leading large operational teams. You will work closely with the UK Warehouse General Manager, supporting the delivery of operational strategy and efficiency across the network.
