We’re looking for mechanically minded Heavy Haulage Platform and Float Operators to join our team. These roles involve the safe and efficient transport of oversized, over‑dimensional and heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer‑focused approach, supported by clear and effective communication.
• Safely load and unload various machines.
• Ensure compliance with oversize, over‑mass and over‑height permits.
• Operate a modern, well‑maintained fleet.
• Effectively manage fatigue.
• Maintain high‑level housekeeping.

Requirements

• Valid MC licence.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills – able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of permit requirements and fatigue management standards.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Good communication skills and a positive can‑do attitude.
• Background checks required.
• Pre‑employment medical and police check required.
