Emergency Control Room Operator – Rapid Public Safety

Lancashire Constabulary is seeking a full-time Police Control Room Operator at Police Headquarters, Hutton. The operator will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, make critical decisions, and ensure the correct response is provided.

You will work 37 hours per week on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays. The salary ranges from £25,949 to £32,613, rising to £34,908.31 to £43,873.17 once full shifts are completed. Benefits include annual leave, pension contributions, and access to an on-site gym.
