What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • A valid SIA Front‑Line License – essential.
  • Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel).
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards.

What you will do:

  • Take full ownership of the scheduling and rostering of all Corps Security colleagues, ensuring optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Support recruitment by advertising roles, screening CVs, arranging interviews with applicants and assisting with onboarding, in conjunction with site management teams and the recruitment co‑ordinator.
  • Attend and provide operational input at regional and client monthly meetings.
  • Liaise with the compliance team regarding vetting and SIA renewals where required.
  • Support raising purchase orders, uniform ordering, sending out company pre‑drafted letters and taking minutes as required.
  • Support new contract mobilisations.
  • Carry out risk assessments.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as directed.
