Youth Support Worker – Birmingham Youth Service
Make a difference. Support young people. Shape the future. Birmingham Youth Service is looking for motivated Youth Support Workers to help deliver engaging activities and support young people aged 10–25 to build confidence, skills and positive futures. You’ll work directly with young people in youth centres and community settings, creating safe, inclusive spaces and delivering high‑quality youth work programmes.
Responsibilities
Deliver and facilitate a range of activities and programmes to young people aged 10–25. Work directly with them in youth centres and community settings, building positive relationships, supporting their confidence, skills, and future prospects. Create inclusive and safe environments for all participants.
Qualifications & Criteria
- Enthusiastic and committed to supporting young people.
- Experienced in building positive relationships and inspiring others.
- Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
