The role
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
- Support students who require additional academic or pastoral guidance
- Help students build confidence, resilience and independence
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The candidate
- Holds a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education Studies, Maths, English, Science or a related subject
- Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Is considering a future career in education or a related field
- Has the right to work in the UK
