Team Administrator – Older People Service, Stockport (Secondment)
An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen within the Older People Service, Stockport for a highly motivated Team Administrator.
Main Duties
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to the Older Peoples Services under CMHT.
- Administer all referrals received into the team.
- Ensure high standards of work, produced efficiently and effectively.

Person Specification
Education / Qualifications
- NVQ 3 or equivalent experience.
- GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Excel.
Experience
- Significant administrative experience in a similar role.
- NHS experience.
Knowledge
- Understanding of administrative processes.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Mental Health Services.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritise workload.
- Ability to communicate with service users.
- Ability to competently use and modify a database.
- Good organisational skills.
