Hours & Work Pattern

• Monday 17:30–21:30
• Saturday 16:30–20:30
• Sunday 11:00–15:00

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and grow the store’s share in the fashion category.
• Assist customers to discover on‑trend and fashionable products.
• Serve as a resilient and confident brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer experience.
• Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance service.
• Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and moving with purpose and energy.
• Adapt to changing demands and be flexible about location and timing of work.
