- Monday 17:30–21:30
- Saturday 16:30–20:30
- Sunday 11:00–15:00
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and grow the store’s share in the fashion category.
- Assist customers to discover on‑trend and fashionable products.
- Serve as a resilient and confident brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer experience.
- Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance service.
- Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and moving with purpose and energy.
- Adapt to changing demands and be flexible about location and timing of work.
