Part Time Maintenance Assistant

Location: Hatherton, Nantwich, Cheshire

Pay: Competitive – DOE

Contract: Permanent Part time. Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 4 hours per day (12 hours/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and practical individual to help with general maintenance and small jobs on a part-time basis.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things in good order.

Responsibilities

• General repairs and maintenance
• Basic DIY (e.g. fixing, adjusting, installing)
• Painting and small touch-ups
• Putting up shelves, fixtures, or fittings
• Minor carpentry or plumbing tasks
• Helping keep the area safe, tidy, and well-maintained

We are Looking For

• Someone reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Good practical skills and a hands-on approach
• Strong practical sense and ability to solve problems efficiently
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Previous handyman or DIY experience preferred
• Own tools helpful but not essential
