Independent Living Adviser for Care-Experienced Youth

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Personal Adviser to provide guidance and support to care-experienced young people aged 16–25 in North Kesteven. Your role will include building trusting relationships, coordinating services, and delivering tailored support to help young people achieve positive outcomes in their transition to independent adulthood.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, experience working with vulnerable populations, and strong communication skills.
