• Drive the development of your team and spot great talent for future managers.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels.
• Deliver perfect PERi‑PERi to our customers every time, whether in our restaurants or in their homes.

• Previous management experience.
