Order Pickers Required – Schoolblazer, Sutton-in-Ashfield
The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting for Schoolblazer as part of our first year as sole supply partner. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who are eager to make a difference within a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment.
We are keen to hear from both returning staff and new candidates looking to join the team. If you have worked with us before, we would welcome you back. If you are new, full training and support will be provided.

Order Picking Responsibilities
- Using handheld scanners, barcodes and serial numbers to locate items for shipment
- Ensuring all inventory is managed accurately
- Achieving a pick rate of 50+ items per hour
- Safely picking items from various heights and locations
- Carrying out general warehouse cleaning duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace at all times
Working Hours
- 08:00 – 16:00
- Weekly rota working any 5 days out of 7 – please note weekends are included
- Optional overtime available, particularly during peak periods
Pay Rates
- £8.00 per hour (16-17 years old)
- £10.85 per hour (18-20 years old)
- £12.71 per hour (21 years old and over)
- Overtime paid at time and one third after 40 hours per week
