Volunteer Engagement Lead — Warehouse & People Leadership

FareShare is seeking a Volunteer Engagement & Warehouse Assistant to support volunteers and assist with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will lead teams, ensure volunteers are well-supported, and maintain high health and safety standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for tackling food waste and supporting vulnerable communities. You will ensure volunteers feel valued while liaising with the Volunteer Manager to streamline the Volunteer Programme.
