Customer Service Adviser
We are looking for a well organised individual to join the Customer Service Unit to ensure effective customer service is provided to our stakeholders and customers.
Overview
Customer Service Adviser role focusing on delivering high quality customer focused service across multiple channels including telephone, face to face and electronic methods.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-functional Customer Service Team providing high quality customer focused service delivery across a wide range of services through a variety of channels including telephone, face to face and electronic methods.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a customer service role dealing with members of the public and carrying out a wide range of support duties.
- Experience with software packages including Microsoft Outlook and databases.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, work to deadlines and quality standards, and have effective organisational, customer care and communication skills.
- Desirable: SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.

- An assessment centre will be held for these posts within Renfrewshire House.
