Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Community Nurse you will care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work. You will join a dedicated team in Kent, working in a 7 day service from 8am to 8pm. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You will work interdisciplinarily with strong communication and organisational skills to deliver positive healthcare experiences. Your responsibilities include caring for patients and their families, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to improvements in service delivery. The role emphasises valuing every contact within the organisation, encompassing patients, staff and the wider community. IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
