Salary: £27,101 per annum + Overtime

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, field‑based position working across the UK, installing high‑quality vinyl liners into swimming pools during the construction phase. If you enjoy practical work, travelling, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great opportunity to build a long‑term career in a specialist industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring, handling, and cutting vinyl liners to precise specifications
• Heat welding and joining vinyl using handheld heat guns
• Delivering a high‑quality, professional finish
• Working as part of a two‑person onsite team
• Meeting deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship

Full 1:1 training will be provided.

Requirements

• Practical or hands‑on experience (construction, trade, or similar background preferred)
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility with working hours
• Willingness to travel nationwide, including regular overnight stays

Essential

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Must be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)

Working Hours & Travel

• Long and flexible working days required
• Frequent UK‑wide travel
• Regular overnight stays required
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Accommodation and evening meals covered
