Job Role : Customer Service Handler
Start date: 6th of jUly onwartds
Assignment details: Ongoing – long term requirements
Rate of Pay: £13.16
Level of experience – entry level with strong ITC skills or 2-3 experience in a similar role.
Shifts: 08:00am – 16:30pm or this could be flexible for the right candidate
Location: Yarm Road, office based – part of a team of 12, reporting to Team Leader and feeding daily into the planning team via Share point
Responsibilities
- Working from a provided date source in making outgoing calls
- First point of contact for up to 70 calls per day which are cascaded between the team. Post sales information gathering through a set criteria
- 90% outgoing calls and 10% incoming which are from voicemails left
- Utilising the script provided by team leader so that an gain feedback on the extended service level
- Managing calls back through excel spreadsheet
- High usage of excel; must have strong background in Excel and other Microsoft office suite
- Uploading daily outcome onto SharePoint for the planning team
- Escalated any customer complaints or call backs to Wayne to deal with
Skills
- Strong effective communication
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience with data inputting and proficient in Excel
- IT skills and knowledge in Microsoft suite including SharePoint
