Responsibilities
Support students both in the classroom and in smaller groups, and provide one-to-one assistance. Use behaviour management skills to help students gain confidence, regulate emotions, and engage with learning in positive ways. Many students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or conditions such as Autism or ADHD.
