Electromechanical Production Operator

About the Role

The Production Operator will be responsible for the manufacture of SGRT-related products. This includes, but is not limited to, electro-mechanical assembly, installation of software onto workstations, and testing assembled systems to ensure they meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Electro-mechanical assembly of Vision RT products, including imaging devices, workstations, power supplies, and extruded metal work
• Soldering of components and wiring
• Conducting in-process production testing
• Working in line with manufacturing and test work instructions
• Completing and maintaining production-related documentation accurately
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Ability to follow work instructions and test documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate completion of documentation and paperwork
• Flexible approach with the ability to support a variety of activities within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working within an FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485-certified environment (desirable)

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with 5S, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies
• Participation in Kaizen or continuous improvement events
