Train Dispatcher: Frontline Customer Service & Safety

FirstGroup is seeking a Customer Service Train Dispatcher in Exeter. You will manage the safe and timely dispatch of trains and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to remain calm in a crisis. The role requires working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training will be provided at our Training Centre in Swindon.
