Learning Support Assistant – Isleworth – Permanent

Overview

We are working with a primary school in Isleworth, Hounslow looking for a Learning Support Assistant for a long-term support role. This role is permanent starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEN, ASD, speech and language needs or EHCP-linked support
• Working in class, small groups or 1:1 depending on pupil need
• Helping create calm routines and consistent classroom support
• Supporting learning without becoming generic cover

Qualifications

• Previous school, SEN, care, childcare or youth work experience
• Someone calm, steady and reliable
• Good communication with teachers and pupils
• A patient approach with pupils who need extra time and consistency

Offer

Pay: £90 – £105 per day

Location: Isleworth, Hounslow (TW3 4DN)

Start date: September 2026
