We have some very exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to assist a national business based in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional customer service team delivering first-line support for a successful distribution centre. This role is temporary, however, for the right candidates, it could lead to more. There are genuine progression opportunities within the business for star performers.

- Answering all incoming calls
- Delivering expert customer service and prioritising their requests
- Processing orders via phone and the internet
