We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision to suit children of all ages and meet the bespoke requirements of each school.
We are seeking an exceptional Food Service Assistant who can help feed both hungry tummies and hungry minds. This role will involve supporting a high‑quality food service in one of our prestigious educational settings on a fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, always following health and safety regulations.
- Assist the chefs in all aspects of food preparation, production and service.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the catering team to execute special events, themed dinners and other culinary initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ideally have experience in food production within an educational catering environment.
- Possess good health and safety knowledge.
- Flexible, enthusiastic and customer‑focused.
- Excellent organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to work.
