Description
- Operational responsibilities include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product and pallet release duties.
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
- Attending to electro‑mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing.
- Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
- Monitoring in‑process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.
- Ensuring the minimization of downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.

Profile
You will be an experienced Engineer, ideally from a Manufacturing background, along with:
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g.: C & G, HND) or a time‑served apprenticeship.
- Experience in a high‑volume, highly automated manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
