Salary: £32,000 – £32,000 + Uncapped Bonus Scheme & Tronc

In this crucial leadership role, as an Assistant Manager you won’t just support the General Manager—you’ll be the driving force ensuring every area of our venue, from the bar and floor to the back-of-house, hits peak performance.
