Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Breast Cancer Support Worker to join their multidisciplinary team in Basingstoke. This role is vital for supporting patients through their treatment journey, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.

The successful candidate will assist patients deemed able to self-manage, navigate the complex health system and provide vital support and information.

A starting salary of £28,392 to £31,157 per annum applies, with NVQ Level 3 or similar required.
