Job Responsibilities
- Visit designated properties to conduct photo shoots, documenting the overall condition and specific details of the premises (both interior and exterior).
- Inspect and verify the quantity and condition of furniture, appliances, and other facilities.
- Assist with guest check‑in, handling communication (remotely or on‑site) and completing the check‑in process.
- Coordinate with third‑party cleaning teams regarding scheduling and key handovers.
- Assist in managing property supplies, including tracking inventory (in/out), restocking, and organizing.
- Assist moving companies or colleagues with the transport or delivery of necessary items (such as small furniture, household goods, etc.).
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and promptly report or communicate any issues discovered.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Conscientious and detail‑oriented, with strong observational and written communication skills.
- Proficient in taking photos using a smartphone or camera and handling basic image organization.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word or other document editing software.
- Prior experience in property management or operations is a plus.
- Flexible schedule; work is primarily concentrated in July and August; availability to work weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) is preferred.
- Ability to assist with moving materials (primarily lightweight items) is preferred.
Nature of Work
Part‑time position; requires on‑site execution of tasks (property inspections, moving items, and photography) for the majority of the time. Some tasks can be completed remotely.
Schedule
July–August; approximately 20 hours per week on average; paid on an hourly basis.
