Job Summary
Position: Care Worker – Learning Disability (Part‑Time)
Location: Oak Road, Stockton-on-Tees.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, with a 365‑day, 24/7 shift pattern.

Responsibilities
- You will be involved in all aspects of personal care delivery and participate in providing a caring and stimulating environment which promotes choice, independent daily living skills and social activities both within the house and in the wider community.
Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in a Health and Social Care related subject (including medication administration).
- Expected to attain Level 3 in Administering Medication within two months of appointment.
