Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive Primary SEND School in Haywards Heath that is seeking dedicated Child Support Workers to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for full-time work and who are passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils with additional needs. The role involves working closely with energetic and sporty boys who require support with their learning, development, and social engagement.

Role Details
- Full-time position
- Hours: 8:40am – 3:55pm
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Weekly pay: £360 – £460
- Car driver preferred due to the school’s location
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism and/or ADHD
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships and encourage engagement
- Child Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
