About the Role: We are seeking an organised, proactive and internationally minded Global Engagement Coordinator to join our Global Engagement Office (GEO). This role will support the delivery of the University’s international strategy and contribute to the development of global partnerships, student mobility opportunities, summer schools, and engagement with our worldwide community.

Responsibilities: Provide administrative and logistical support across the GEO, working closely with the Partnerships, Student Mobility and Alumni & Development teams. Coordinate summer school activities, support partnership approval processes and databases, arrange committees, and organise inward and outward international visits. Undertake market research and liaise with external organisations and international partners to support the University’s global engagement objectives.

Qualifications: Substantial experience in an administrative or coordination role; excellent organisational and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to agreed deadlines; strong communication and relationship‑building abilities; experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds; First degree or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database use; high attention to detail, data management and reporting; flexible, collaborative and diplomatic approach.

Salary: £34,588 to £39,144 inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £41,292 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution. Grade 6.
