Assistant Manager – Retail & Customer Experience

BoyleSports in Ashton-under-Lyne is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager in daily operations. You will manage the shop and team in the Shop Manager’s absence, ensuring high standards and an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should be a confident leader with a keen interest in sports and customer service. Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred but full training will be provided. This role offers opportunities for personal development within the organization.
