We operate 6 individualized houses supporting 13 people in Somerset, allowing them to live independently in the community.
About the Role
Support Workers are caring, reliable staff who help people live their best lives by following support plans and daily routines. The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends, and requires a driving licence (minimum one year). A DBS check is required; an enhanced DBS is preferable.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people.
- Experience with autistic people helpful but not essential.
- Personal experience or passion for helping others.
- Valid DBS (Enhanced DBS preferable).
Working Time and Conditions
The position is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) with required flexibility, including evening and weekend working. Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred.
