The role of a Bank Support Worker
We are looking to recruit an experienced individual with experience working within a supported living service. In this role you will support individuals with complex mental health needs and provide support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person‑centred support.
About the Service
SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Heaton Lodge provides 19 rooms with shared facilities, a communal lounge, conservatory, two large kitchens, gardens at the front and rear, and is close to Manchester and Stockport. A bus stop is a few houses down from the service and Heaton Chapel train station is only an eight‑minute walk from Heaton Lodge.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for making a difference

- Experience working within a Supported Living service
- Driving is preferable but not essential
- Level 2 NVQ desirable but not essential
