Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities.
• Provide emotional support to a diverse group of people.
• Support three gentlemen with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
• Maintain personal care plans and record care activities.
• Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overnight shifts.
• Drive as required and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Full UK driving licence and suitable DBS check.

Contract & Shift Times

• Various contract options are available, including part‑time with flexible hours.
• All services operate 24‑hour care; rotas are prepared at least four weeks in advance.
• Eligibility for an enhanced flat‑rate payment of £63.70 for overnight duties.
• All roles require an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
