Customer Recoveries Advisor

Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid

Salary: £27,976

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and make outbound calls to work out and agree a payment plan with the customer.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
• Complete any queries within agreed SLAs.
• Work with a customer base that includes both domestic and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with a solution‑focused mindset.
• Experience working in a customer‑focused environment, such as credit risk or recoveries.
• Ability to interpret complex data and multi‑task effectively.
• Resilient, professional and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
