Purchase Ledger Executive – About The Role

An international services based company are looking to recruit a temporary resource to support the finance team. Within this finance team you will assume responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function.

Responsibilities

  • Load invoices to the accounting system
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Process payment of staff expenses
  • Reconcile company credit card statements
  • Review uncleared PO numbers
  • Intercompany re‑charges to Sales Ledger

Qualifications

Previous experience of working within a Purchase Ledger position.
