Purchase Ledger Executive – About The Role
An international services based company are looking to recruit a temporary resource to support the finance team. Within this finance team you will assume responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function.
Responsibilities
- Load invoices to the accounting system
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process payment of staff expenses
- Reconcile company credit card statements
- Review uncleared PO numbers
- Intercompany re‑charges to Sales Ledger
Qualifications
Previous experience of working within a Purchase Ledger position.
