Pay £13.45 per hour. Casually flexible work – hours to suit you. Location: Whitehaven. We cannot offer a CoS for this role.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers with daily living tasks to develop independence, achieve goals and support plans.
• Support customers with tasks such as budgeting, cooking, attending appointments.
• Support customers who may be in mental health crisis.
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
• Help customers build independence and prepare for move‑on into the community.

This role values your contribution and offers learning and development support from friendly colleagues.

You bring

• Flexibility to work at short notice, selecting your own shifts.
• Confidence to work across different services, locations, and teams.
• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally.
• Shift working – early, late, and night shifts over 7 days.
• Valid Enhanced DBS with Barring List (paid by us).
