Maintenance Assistant

We are working with a well-established organisation in Market Harborough who are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Assistant to support their site operations on a temporary basis. This is a varied role well suited to someone with practical skills who enjoys problem‑solving and working independently.

The Role

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests across the site
• Assisting with planned and preventative maintenance works
• Supporting overall site safety and security
• Taking and accurately recording utility meter readings

About You

• Previous experience in maintenance, caretaking or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong practical ability and good DIY skills
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full driving licence (desirable)
