Position Overview
Currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Management Manager to join the team in Norwich. In this role, you will take on a hands‑on managerial position within the Lettings team, overseeing and growing the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the lettings team
- Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance
- Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards
- Conduct property inspections
- Manage tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors
- Handle deposit returns and rental arrears
- Process eviction requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings
- Ability to create a positive team spirit
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
- Basic IT proficiency
